What is spiritual direction?
In the words of Spiritual Directors International “spiritual direction or companionship inspires people to experience authenticity in their lives as they connect with and explore the ground of all being.”
Spiritual direction might just be the next meaningful step on your personal journey. As a spiritual director I can offer you compassionate listening and open ended questions in a way that allows you to explore your life experiences as you follow your own spiritual path.
I approach the role as being a “Container of Sacred Stories” for those I companion so that they can expand their awareness about who they are and where they are being called in life.
Spiritual direction will offer you insights that are healing. The fruit of this work often results in stronger and healthier relationships with others, with the Holy, as well as within yourself.
My path toward the Divine is to help you enter fully into yours.
